Bohdan Masekha has been involved in the conclusion of numerous multi-million deals and has considerable experience in litigation, in particular:
- a complex of cases on interbank disputes whose value exceeded UAH 260 million, the result of which was the protection of client contracts, confirmation in court of compliance of legal acts with the requirements of legislation and impossibility of collection of funds from the bank whose interests were being protected;
- representation of interests of a large reinforcing plant in a series of disputes regarding the collection of cash from an enterprise, which protects the client’s interests;
- a case worth UAH 250 million, in the result of which the lawyer received a decision to recover the debt in favor of the financial company and confirmed the unjustified arguments of opponents about the likelihood of the transaction;
- business with a well-known agroholding in the amount of more than UAH 125 million, the result of which was the conclusion of an agreement on satisfaction of the requirements of the mortgagee on mutually-beneficial terms for the client;
- a complex of cases with a group of companies exporting grain in Odessa Region for a total of more than USD 4 million. Result of conclusion of agreements on debt restructuring;
- representation of interests of a creditor with mortgage claims in bankruptcy of a leather goods plant in Mykolaiv Region.
- representing the interests of a creditor in the bankruptcy of a turbine plant in Dnipropetrovsk Region to the tune of more than UAH 150 million;
